A bakery is renovating its space, and as a result of the temporary closure of its store, and would like a visual facelift. With renewed energy and business having excelled in takeaway orders, Brioche Cafe and Bakery want a fresh name that better reflects "bread for all." They want to embrace the counterculture of the 1960s but also feel compelled to embrace the here and now in a world filled with sourdough and kombucha.
